I spent a weekend with Serenity while she helped me physically heal from a super cold, with friendship love and some natural medicines (propolio honey, avacado smoothies and vitamis which she specifically selected and prepared for me in her home!) and coached me with essential practices for moving out of my head space and into the physical body and heart as well, for total activation of my chakras in positive reaction to traumas and negative reaction training. I entered with the intention of removing negative energies and left learning how not to be triggered by the darkness as a person who retreats to fear space to react to trauma. I learned this by witnessing in deep meditative and intimate space with Serenity, the darkness arrive and how she as a lifelong physical and emotional embodiment of light, was able to show me through her own actions the acceptance and recognition of the darkness and dark energies (negativity, bad reaction training which would be to retreat, ignore or react with anger and fear) to simply not allowing them to affect her. It was uniquely through this experience and example set before me that I was able to have a much deeper understanding of a trauma and reaction that have haunted me all my life. I definitely recommend taking the leap and faith into the entire Goddess experience for intimate immersion and coaching with Serenity. I may not be an expert on all the terminology but I know and she constantly reminds me of my strength and power and ability to do better! In authenticity with love and awareness guided by her through delving into my past, my origins and my implanted training for reactions, only in deep reflection and deep experience with Serenity, I am able to see and identify pain and sadness and the origins, through her support and essential perspective as a trusted and most authentic guide.
